Order Processing

-Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

-Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times & Rates

With delivery you have the following options:  

-Paxi free delivery takes 7-9 days working days 
-Paxi paid takes 2-5 working days - R99
-Postnet takes 2-3 working days - R110
-Door delivery takes 1-2 working days - R199

Tracking Your Order

-Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email / SMS.

-You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Issues

-We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

-If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the courier directly and notify us so we can assist.

Address Accuracy

-Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

-We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

-If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
